More Trucks' photos

This is a small collection of a few of my trucks from the past.

Here is another image of the 55 International pickup. I bought this through eBay and drove down to Denver to pick it up.
This truck was purchased on eBay as well. I went to the far end of Montana - almost to North Dakota to pick it up. It is '56 International with the long bed.

My original intention was to restore it. Those plans changed when I bought the '55. A couple, both scientists, bought it for a mild restoration and daily runner.
This is the '58 International I had when I was just a kid. That's me standing next to the truck. My pose is intended to mask the fact the passenger side had no mirror. And that is a Pat Paulson for President t-shirt. Remember those?
This is another shot of the '58. It was the A-100 Anniversary Edition. One of the features of the edition was the fleetside box with the beady lights. Standard box was the stepside. I think this was the first year of the fleetside box for International pickups.
This is my baby. 2000 F350 Powerstroke, one ton, four door, dually. She rode like a Cadillac and towed any load effortlessly. It was chipped, big exhaust, big intake, etc. She could beat any ricer challenge, even while pulling a trailer!

The reason I had to sell this beauty was due to my fall from the roof. My pelvis was shattered and I could no longer operate a clutch. Otherwise, I think this truck would have been a keeper for life.

A buyer from Seattle came to Coeur d'Alene to pick it up. He called me a couple months later to thank me for the truck and to affirm it is the finest machine he has ever owned - or ridden in.
If ever a truck can win a person's heart it is this beauty. 1987 Peterbilt with a 425 Cat, 15 speed Fuller, dual high stacks, drop axles, El Dorado seats on both sides, flying pig radiator ornament and much more. And it was a great work truck.

This truck came from Wyoming. I had been a cattle truck. We fitted it with a 12 yard dump box. When it came time to sell, the new buyer took it back to Wyoming.
OUCHHHH! That hurt!
